To apply for an opening, please use our application form or send us an e-mail to application@rsu.one, including a brief cover letter and your CV. Of course, you can add your (work) references as well.

Right after uploading (or sending off) your application, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Next, your documents will be reviewed by the respective department and HR. That process can take anywhere from just a few days up to four weeks, depending on the position, so don’t despair if you don’t hear from us right away.

If we are interested, there’ll be at least two interviews:
First, a meeting with the responsible department – either at our Munich offices or online via MS Teams – to get to know each other and discuss key questions.
In the second interview, which will be at our offices, we’d like to learn more about you and tell you more about our company and the position.

If talks have been to both our satisfaction, you’ll receive an employment contract and, by signing it, become a member of the RSU community.

To help you feel welcome at RSU from the very beginning, you’ll receive a set of helpful information even before your first working day. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in RSU events. During the entire onboarding process, we are available for advice and support whenever you need us.
