A university-graduated mathematician, Dana Wengrzik started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she worked for seven years in the firm’s Risk Practice and various other fields. Next, she held various responsible positions at HSH Nordbank in Hamburg for nine years, most recently as a Department Manager in Group Risk Control and as a Deputy Division Head in Group Risk Management. She took on her role as RSU’s General Manager in April 2012.

Iris Mugele is a university-trained lawyer with an additional MBA. Having started out at an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt/Main, she next headed the legal department of a Munich-based IT company and, after that, worked as an in-house attorney and legal counsel at a global IT group. Iris joined RSU in 2010; she has led the Legal, HR & Organization department since 2018..

A banker and statistician by training, Robert Buchberger started his career at a management consulting firm. Next, he spent several years at the risk controlling division of a regional state bank and as Head of Credit Risk at a large bank. Since mid-2020, he has been in charge of RSU’s Risk Methods department.

Johannes Nützel studied business administration and has been with RSU since its foundation in 2003. He heads the department responsible for business development, finance and markets.

Carsten Jackisch holds a Diplom degree in Business Mathematics. He started his career as an IT consultant with Accenture before joining RSU in March 2006. Over the years, he held several roles in RSU’s IT department. Since August 2024 he has been Head of IT in charge of development.

Alexander Güntsch studied physics before joining the software development department of a major Landesbank. From 2006 he held various positions in software development at RSU. Since 2024 he has been in charge of the Operations branch of RSU’s IT department and thus the stable and client-oriented operation of our IT systems.
